Meet Ashley McMillian
Welcome to my Portfolio! My name is Ashley McMillian! I am a recent graduate of the Macaulay Honors College at Queens College with a 3.84 GPA. I majored in Corporate Finance with a post minor in Music and Production.
Creating singing, dancing, faith-based, and relationship content are some of the many ways I spend my days. In addition to that I am the Co-Founder of a virtual tutoring company- JJMJ Tutorials!

My Story
From a young age, I have expressed interest in the arts whether it was through performing in front of large and small audiences, posting videos of my makeup routine, working behind the scenes on video editing, conducting finances (such as budgeting for companies), or creating songs.
Every aspect of the media and entertainment industry has filled me with intrigue.
Skills and Interests
Youtuber
Part of my daily life encompasses recording, editing, and scripting YouTube videos. This is one of my favorite things to do because it is a form of expression. I have the chance to share my talents and tips with other individuals. Here, you will see one of the dances I have choreographed.

Musician
With my profound interest in music and the skills I learned through my Music and Production Minor, I took part in the production and engineering of various instrumentals for an animation video. Please take a listen by going to the Musician page! Below is a video of me recording an original song.
Singer
Singing has always been in my system. I have sung in choirs, shows, and performed the Star-Spangled Banner in front of a large student body. Singing allows me to reach new heights, levels, and skills. It also contributes to my confidence when I look back at all I have been able to accomplish; this has motivated me to want to achieve even more. More Leadership Opportunities!
Throughout the course of my years, I have thankfully been able to attain multiple leadership opportunities. Below you will find videos of me hosting the first dance workshop of the spring semester at school, giving advice to viewers on Instagram in a piece titled Wise Words with Ashley, taking the initiative in paying for dance classes to improve my skills, and I have also interned with an intellectual property lawyer after taking the lead to contact her through social media (not pictured).
